Good to know: This event is still in the planning stage – we are continuously adding details such as wines, menu, and schedule. However, you can already book your spot.
About the evening
Non-alcoholic wine has made a huge leap in recent years. Instead of simple alternatives, wines with fruit, structure, and freshness are being created today – often by producers who also have a name in classic viticulture, such as Leitz from the Rheingau or Torres from Catalonia.
In keeping with Dry January, we invite you to a Wine & Dine where only non-alcoholic wines will be poured: from sparkling aperitifs to fresh white wines and rosés, all the way to red wines with depth. You will also learn how the alcohol is removed from the wine and what that means for aroma and structure.
An evening for everyone who is curious about new styles or simply wants to know what is in today's non-alcoholic wines.
How the evening works
The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. For each course, we will introduce the accompanying wines: their origin, the people behind them, and what makes each individual wine special.
There will always be room for questions – whether about grape varieties, vinification, or the ideal serving temperature. You don't need any prior knowledge, just curiosity and a love for enjoyment.
The wines
We have put together the most exciting non-alcoholic wines from our range. The following wines will be poured:
Subject to changes in the wine selection. Should a planned wine be unavailable at short notice, we will select an adequate, harmonious replacement.
The menu
The tasting will be accompanied by a corresponding 4-course menu that picks up on the aromas of the wines and complements the experience from a culinary perspective. We will announce the menu at a later date.
Upon request, we also offer a vegetarian menu option – simply let us know when booking.
Included services
The price includes all wines for the tasting, the menu, as well as water and bread.
