About the evening
New Zealand is one of the most exciting wine countries in the world. The cool climate, shaped by the sea, plenty of sun, and cold nights produce wines with clear fruit and lively freshness.
Above all, the Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, which has set global standards – and Cloudy Bay is one of the wineries that made it famous. On this evening, we will discover cool-climate wines from New Zealand and the Pacific region, from aromatic white wine to fine Pinot Noir.
How the evening works
The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. For each course, we will introduce the accompanying wines: their origin, the people behind them, and what makes each individual wine special.
There will always be room for questions – whether about grape varieties, vinification, or the ideal serving temperature. You don't need any prior knowledge, just curiosity and a love for enjoyment.

We will taste cool-climate wines from New Zealand and the Pacific region. Among others, these wines will be poured:

Subject to changes in the wine selection. Should a planned wine be unavailable at short notice, we will select an adequate, harmonious replacement.
The menu
The tasting will be accompanied by a corresponding 4-course menu that picks up on the aromas of the wines and complements the experience from a culinary perspective. We will announce the menu at a later date.
Upon request, we also offer a vegetarian menu option – simply let us know when booking.
