Dr. Köhler Secco (Over-the-Counter)

Dr. Koehler's non-prescription wine appears so light in the glass that it is almost white.
Its bouquet is reminiscent of a freshly mown meadow, wildflowers, and also hints of herbal aromas.
On the palate it is light and fresh, almost without body and with a delicate sweetness.
Dr. Koehler Over-the-Counter is produced in steel tanks.

Available without a prescription is a dealcoholized, lightly sparkling wine (Secco) from which the alcohol is removed using a special vacuum process at 27°C. This low-temperature removal process preserves the aromas and thus comes closest to the aroma of wine – without alcohol.
