Kaisermantel Pinot Gris dry

The Dr. Koehler winery is one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in Bechtheim. Ferdinand Koehler built it in 1898 and began cultivating wine there. Due to a lack of successors in the Koehler family, Christian Dreißigacker and his family took over the business in 2006, essentially starting from scratch. The Kaisermantel Pinot Gris displays a delicate herbal aroma on the nose; notes of dried fruit; a touch of dried peach and apricot kernel; quince compote; very robust on the palate; fresh with a hint of gooseberry compote; long finish.
