Column Zero x Domain Schloss Johannisberg Gelblack Riesling alcohol-free

With the introduction of Gelblack alcohol-free, Schloss Johannisberg and Kolonne Null expand their iconic Lack series with a groundbreaking new creation. For centuries, the Rieslings of Schloss Johannisberg have defined the estate's identity. Together with Kolonne Null, these distinctive styles are now being translated into the top tier of alcohol-free wines for the first time. Gelblack traditionally stands for a focus on precision, minerality, and drinkability, deliberately without opulence. On the nose, it is characteristically clear Riesling, with citrus zest, green apple, and white peach, complemented by delicate herbal notes and a precise mineral character. The finish is fresh, invigorating, and long, with a deliberately classic Gelblack finish – unfussy, elegant, and precise.

Column Zero

Kolonne Null was founded in Berlin in 2018 and has dedicated itself to a single, clear mission: to make alcohol-free wine that truly deserves the name. No grape juice, no artificial product – but real wine, which, after fermentation, is carefully dealcoholized using vacuum distillation to preserve its aroma and structure. To achieve this, the Berlin team works without its own vineyard, collaborating instead with carefully selected family wineries whose grapes are tasted, blended, and selected in their in-house laboratory. What began in 2019 with 500 bottles at Berlin's weekly markets is now one of the most renowned names in alcohol-free wine in the German-speaking world.
