Kolonne Null Rosé sparkling dry alcohol-free

Kolonne Null Rosé sparkling dry is not a compromise, but an independent decision: alcohol-free, but with the structure and freshness that one expects from a good rosé sparkling wine.

In the glass, it's salmon-pink with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals red berries – raspberry, strawberry – followed by a fresh, tart-floral note that doesn't veer into sweetness. The finish is dry and clean, without the often sticky aftertaste left by many non-alcoholic alternatives.

Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C – as an aperitif, with summer appetizers, grilled vegetables, salads with goat cheese or simply on the terrace when the evening stretches on.

Kolonne Null was founded in Berlin in 2018 and has dedicated itself to a single, clear mission: to make alcohol-free wine that truly deserves the name. No grape juice, no artificial product – but real wine, which, after fermentation, is carefully dealcoholized using vacuum distillation to preserve its aroma and structure. To achieve this, the Berlin team works without its own vineyard, collaborating instead with carefully selected family wineries whose grapes are tasted, blended, and selected in their in-house laboratory. What began in 2019 with 500 bottles at Berlin's weekly markets is now one of the most renowned names in alcohol-free wine in the German-speaking world.
