Kolonne Null Cuvée Blanc No.01 sparkling alcohol-free

Alcohol-free sparkling wine that doesn't pretend to be a substitute for sparkling wine—but has its own unique style. Kolonne Null's Cuvée Blanc No. 01 is bubbly, fresh, and perfect for everyday enjoyment.

Kolonne Null specializes in dealcoholized wines, which are vinified using traditional methods and then gently dealcoholized. The base grape is Silvaner—a variety known for its bright fruit, subtle minerality, and refreshing acidity.

In the glass, pale yellow with a greenish shimmer and fine bubbles. The nose offers aromas of ripe pear, a hint of white peach, and a subtle floral note. On the palate, it is juicy and lively, with good structure and a mineral finish that rounds off the long, satisfying impression. Remarkably little sweetness in the finish for a non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Serving suggestion: well chilled at 6–8 °C. Suitable as an aperitif, with light appetizers, goat cheese or sushi — and is an honest option for anyone who wants to abstain from alcohol at the table without sacrificing structure in the glass.

Column Zero

Kolonne Null was founded in Berlin in 2018 and has dedicated itself to a single, clear mission: to make alcohol-free wine that truly deserves the name. No grape juice, no artificial product – but real wine, which, after fermentation, is carefully dealcoholized using vacuum distillation to preserve its aroma and structure. To achieve this, the Berlin team works without its own vineyard, collaborating instead with carefully selected family wineries whose grapes are tasted, blended, and selected in their in-house laboratory. What began in 2019 with 500 bottles at Berlin's weekly markets is now one of the most renowned names in alcohol-free wine in the German-speaking world.
