Vanita Nero d'Avola Sicilia Organic

The grapes for the Vanita Nero d'Avola Sicilia come from a selection of the best organic grapes with low yields per hectare. After a long fermentation, during which the must remains in contact with the grape skins to enhance color, intensity, and aromas, the wine is pressed. 50% of the wine matures for 6 months in tanks and 50% in barrels. Afterward, the wine is bottled to preserve its fruit aromas. Deep ruby red in color, with aromas of red and black fruits on the nose, spicy with hints of eucalyptus and notes of oak, this wine has a full body and a long finish. This organic Nero d'Avola pairs perfectly with aged cheeses, red meat, game, and wild boar.

Fantini Group Vini Srl

Fantini Vini is a wine group in southern Italy, founded in 1994 in the Abruzzo region by three visionary friends, Filippo, Valentino, and Camillo, under the name Farnese. They were also known as the Three Dreamers because they succeeded in realizing an impossible dream: to create something that would become the pride of southern Italy. Despite having neither money nor their own vineyards, they developed a highly innovative business model that, after 30 years, boasts more than 100 successful wines from southern Italy.
