The grapes for the Vanita Nero d'Avola Sicilia come from a selection of the best organic grapes with a low yield per hectare. After a long fermentation, during which the must remains in contact with the grape skin to enhance color, power, and aromas, the wine is pressed. 50% of the wine matures for 6 months in tanks and 50% matures in barrels. The wine is then bottled to preserve the fruit aromas.
Deep ruby red color, red and black fruits on the nose, spicy with hints of eucalyptus and notes of oak wood - The wine has a full body with a long finish.
This organic Nero d'Avola goes excellently with aged cheese, red meat, game, and wild boar.
