Studier Weissburgunder feinherb

Pinot Blanc with an Off-Dry note – that means: a hint of residual sweetness that carries the fruit without making the wine heavy. This interplay works particularly well with the Studier from the Palatinate.

The Weingut Studier cultivates calcareous clay soil – a subsoil that takes the sharpness out of the Pinot Blanc's natural acidity and leaves room for ripe fruit. The result is a white wine with a clear line that feels neither flat nor sharp.

In the glass, it shows aromas of citrus peel, pineapple, and some quince. On the palate, it feels lean, the subtle residual sweetness is well-embedded, and it concludes with a fresh, clean finish.

Pairs with:

  • Asian cuisine with coconut milk or ginger
  • Smoked salmon or trout
  • Fresh goat cheese, fruit salads
  • As an aperitif on the terrace

Serving temperature: 8–10 °C. Best drunk young – the fruitiness is currently in the foreground.

Weingut Studier

Studier Winery in the Palatinate proves that tradition and innovation are not mutually exclusive – they complement each other. Reinhard Studier and his team cultivate their 40 hectares of vineyards organically and with genuine Palatinate serenity.

The range follows a charming concept: The Campus wines offer a fresh, fruity introduction – aged in stainless steel tanks, uncomplicated and easy to drink. The Master wines go deeper: matured in wooden barrels, with a creamy texture and aromas of vanilla, mocha, or pineapple. Tasting is believing.
