Study Sauvignon Blanc dry

The predominant aromas of this wine are characterized by gooseberry and redcurrant, with hints of passion fruit. The blending of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from different vineyard sites gives this wine its diverse aromas and distinctive bouquet. A delicate, spicy note reminiscent of green herbs underscores its vibrant character. Its fruit-driven acidity lends Reinhard Studiers Sauvignon Blanc a fresh and effervescent quality, further enhanced by the natural carbon dioxide from fermentation. Aging potential: at least 5 years; after this time, it remains enjoyable, but the wine loses some of its finesse and freshness and tastes more mature. This Sauvignon Blanc originates from various vineyards on different terroirs. Following a rigorous selection process, only healthy grapes are harvested. This Sauvignon is vinified using modern methods, meaning it undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks under cooling conditions.

Studier Winery

Studier Winery in the Palatinate proves that tradition and innovation are not mutually exclusive – they complement each other. Reinhard Studier and his team cultivate their 40 hectares of vineyards organically and with genuine Palatinate serenity.

The range follows a charming concept: The Campus wines offer a fresh, fruity introduction – aged in stainless steel tanks, uncomplicated and easy to drink. The Master wines go deeper: matured in wooden barrels, with a creamy texture and aromas of vanilla, mocha, or pineapple. Tasting is believing.
