Studier Weissburgunder trocken

Pinot Blanc on limestone loam – this results in a combination where the acidity doesn't dominate, but rather the fruitiness takes center stage. Reinhard Studier's version demonstrates exactly that: lean, balanced, and perfect for everyday enjoyment.

The Studier winery stands for meticulously crafted wines from the Palatinate – a region where Pinot Blanc thrives particularly well on calcareous clay soils. The mineral subsoil tempers the acidity while simultaneously giving the wine vibrancy and freshness.

In the glass, aromas of citrus peel, pineapple, and a hint of quince emerge. The body is slender, the structure firm without being harsh – the limestone content in the soil keeps the fruit vibrant. The finish is clean and short, without any bitterness.

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C . Best enjoyed young – this wine is not for aging, but rather an everyday companion that is at its best now. Pairs well with goat cheese, grilled vegetables, light pasta with lemon-infused olive oil, or a summer salad with mango dressing.

Studier Winery

Studier Winery in the Palatinate proves that tradition and innovation are not mutually exclusive – they complement each other. Reinhard Studier and his team cultivate their 40 hectares of vineyards organically and with genuine Palatinate serenity.

The range follows a charming concept: The Campus wines offer a fresh, fruity introduction – aged in stainless steel tanks, uncomplicated and easy to drink. The Master wines go deeper: matured in wooden barrels, with a creamy texture and aromas of vanilla, mocha, or pineapple. Tasting is believing.
