Studier Audimax Rosé semi-dry
A fresh rosé for uncomplicated moments – fruity, with a gentle residual sweetness and a lively character that lifts your spirits.
The Studier winery from the Palatinate region is using an unusual grape variety combination for its Audimax wine: Cabernet Sauvignon meets Sangiovese . The grapes were vinified with minimal air contact – this ensures freshness in the glass and protects the fruity primary aromas.
In the glass, the rosé displays a clear raspberry pink. The nose offers aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant , with a slightly candy-like quality that is not overpowering. On the palate, it is mild and rounded, with a noticeable but not heavy residual sweetness – the low acidity keeps the wine approachable and easy to drink. The finish is short and refreshing.
Recommendation: Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C . Pairs well with light summer salads with strawberries, grilled poultry, or simply as an aperitif on the patio. Perfect for occasions where the wine shouldn't intimidate anyone.
Studier Winery in the Palatinate proves that tradition and innovation are not mutually exclusive – they complement each other. Reinhard Studier and his team cultivate their 40 hectares of vineyards organically and with genuine Palatinate serenity.
The range follows a charming concept: The Campus wines offer a fresh, fruity introduction – aged in stainless steel tanks, uncomplicated and easy to drink. The Master wines go deeper: matured in wooden barrels, with a creamy texture and aromas of vanilla, mocha, or pineapple. Tasting is believing.
