SCAVI & RAY Secco FRIZZANTE Banquet

SCAVI & RAY Secco FRIZZANTE Banquet
Made from Glera grapes from Veneto, the protected designation of origin for Prosecco in northeastern Italy. With 10.5% alcohol by volume and a light perlage typical of the Frizzante style — less carbonation than a Spumante, but with a fresher, lighter character.
In the glass, it reveals fresh white fruit – pear, green apple – with a dry, clean finish. Its subtle effervescence makes it an uncomplicated companion for warm evenings or as an aperitif before dinner.
Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C . Pairs well with light appetizers, bruschetta, mild cheeses, or antipasti. Also a solid choice as a base for an Aperol Spritz.

Scavi & Ray is one of the most renowned Italian premium sparkling wine brands – born in 1963 from the decision of two Italian-Americans to rediscover their roots in the Veneto region. Joe Scavi and Carluccio Ray, New York advertising executives with connections to the international fashion world, found a vineyard in the province of Treviso and began producing Prosecco from Glera grapes. Today, the portfolio encompasses far more than the classic sparkling wines: with Ca' Scavi Lugana DOC, Primitivo Salento IGT, and a range of aperitif creations, Scavi & Ray spans the entire spectrum of Italian wine regions – always with the unmistakable sense of style and lifestyle that has defined the brand from the very beginning.
