Cornaro Prosecco Frizzante Treviso Spago DOC

Cornaro Prosecco Frizzante Treviso Spago DOC
A classic Frizzante from the Treviso DOC — lighter in pressure than a Spumante, with fine, restrained bubbles. Bottled with the traditional Spago cork , which secures the Frizzante style with a string: a closure that maintains the lower CO₂ pressure while also recalling the artisanal tradition of the hills between Treviso and Conegliano.
In the glass, aromas of wildflowers, green apple, and a hint of white peach emerge. The palate is fresh, light, and dry—the fine bubbles integrate elegantly without the heavy mousse of many Proseccos. This makes it a pleasant accompaniment to several courses without being overly filling.
Best served at 6–8 °C . Pairs well with aperitifs, mild soft cheeses, light antipasti with bresaola or zucchini frittata. Also a simple accompaniment to risotto with peas or steamed fish.
