Cornaro Caterina Spumante Cuvee Brut

Cornaro Caterina Spumante Cuvee Brut
A sparkling wine from the Veneto region , produced by Cantina Montelliana — a cooperative winery in the hills around Treviso. The cuvée combines three grape varieties: Glera as the Prosecco base, the aromatic Verduzzo , and Pinot Bianco for structure.
On the nose, white blossoms, green apple, and citrus peel, with a hint of pear. On the palate, drier than a classic Prosecco Extra Dry, with lively acidity and a fine, persistent perlage. Clean, fresh finish.
Serve chilled at 7–8 °C as an aperitif with antipasti, bruschetta, or mild fresh cheese. Its dryness makes it a more balanced, less sweet base for Aperol Spritz or Hugo cocktails.
