Cornaro Caterina Frizzante

Cornaro Caterina Frizzante
A light Frizzante from Veneto, produced by Cantina Montelliana from the Glera, Verduzzo and Pinot Bianco grape varieties. Its fine, subtle bubbles make it an uncomplicated companion for the end of the day.
In the glass, floral notes emerge – white blossoms, a hint of pear – and a light, aromatic finish. Due to its low carbonation, it feels soft on the palate, less lively than a classic Prosecco Superiore.
Serve neat, well chilled (6–8 °C) as an aperitif, or as a base for Aperol Spritz and Hugo. For a sparkling but not overpowering drink, choose Frizzante instead of Spumante.
