Scavi & Ray Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore

SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC SPUMANTE is made from the white Glera grape variety and comes directly from the protected Veneto growing region in northeastern Italy. The elegant mousse with its fine perlage is achieved through the two-stage fermentation process (Metodo Martinotti) to which the Glera grapes undergo. The result: an elegant Prosecco Spumante with only 11% alcohol by volume, which impresses with its delicate fruity character on the nose and palate: fresh citrus fruits and crisp apples, paired with a herbal nuance of mint, make this Spumante a sparkling companion for life's special moments.
