SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC Spumante Magnum

SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC SPUMANTE is made from the white Glera grape variety and comes directly from the protected growing region of Veneto in northeastern Italy. The elegant mousse with its small, fine bubbles results from the two-stage fermentation process (Metodo Martinotti) that the Glera grapes undergo. The result: an elegant Prosecco Spumante with only 11% alcohol by volume, which impresses with its delicate fruity character on the nose and palate: fresh citrus and crisp apples, paired with a herbal nuance of mint, make this Spumante a sparkling companion for those special moments in everyday life.
