Santa Maria Redit Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva

The Redit Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva from Cantina Santa Maria La Palma presents itself in garnet red with an intense bouquet of ripe fruit along with roasted and vanilla aromas. On the palate, it feels dry, warm, and velvety. The long finish brings out notes of vanilla and spice. The grapes for the Santa Maria Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva grow in the vineyards of Villasunta, Guardia, and Porto Conte. They are hand-selected and harvested. Processed in stainless steel tanks at precisely controlled temperatures, they are then aged and matured in large oak casks and partly in barriques. The final blending and subsequent bottle aging result in exceptional harmony and elegance. Cantina Santa Maria la Palma

Cantina Santa Maria la Palma – a story of farm workers who had nothing but land and an idea. After the agrarian reform of 1946, they received land between the Gulf of Alghero and the Bay of Ponte Conte. In 1959, 100 of them joined together to form a cooperative. Today, the winery combines modern technology with ancient traditions across 700 hectares. The Vermentino "Aragosta" has become a flagship of Sardinian white wines – good quality at attractive prices. Whether it's method, soil conservation, or technology: for them, quality always comes first.
