Santa Maria Cannonau di Sardegna Le Bombarde

Le Bombarde is named after a small beach near the vineyards where Cannonau di Sardegna and Monica di Sardegna grapes are grown. The label features the bombards used in the wine, a symbol of Sardinian defense and pride. In past centuries, Sardinia was frequently under the influence of foreign powers, such as Aragon and later Spain. Le Bombarde red wine displays a vibrant, intensely brilliant ruby red color in the glass, while its bouquet is characterful yet delicate and nuanced. Its full, dry palate is velvety and warm, yet robust and harmonious, with characteristic tannins. The wine should be enjoyed chilled between 18° and 20°C. Cantina Santa Maria la Palma

Cantina Santa Maria la Palma – a story of farm workers who had nothing but land and an idea. After the agrarian reform of 1946, they received land between the Gulf of Alghero and the Bay of Ponte Conte. In 1959, 100 of them joined together to form a cooperative. Today, the winery combines modern technology with ancient traditions across 700 hectares. The Vermentino "Aragosta" has become a flagship of Sardinian white wines – good quality at attractive prices. Whether it's method, soil conservation, or technology: for them, quality always comes first.
