The Aragosta Brut Spumante also features the lobster, the emblem of the Aragosta line from Cantina Santa Maria la Palma. The grapes for this sparkling wine are processed using the Charmat method, a fermentation process carried out in pressurized tanks. The Aragosta Brut Spumante can be seen as a link between the winery's traditional heritage and the future direction of Cantina Santa Maria la Palma: The sparkling wine is a pale, straw-yellow color with a fine perlage. Its intense bouquet is floral and fruity, with a subtle aroma reminiscent of bread crust. Its fresh, elegant taste lingers on the palate.

Cantina Santa Maria la Palma

Cantina Santa Maria la Palma – a story of farm workers who had nothing but land and an idea. After the agrarian reform of 1946, they received land between the Gulf of Alghero and the Bay of Ponte Conte. In 1959, 100 of them joined together to form a cooperative. Today, the winery combines modern technology with ancient traditions across 700 hectares. The Vermentino "Aragosta" has become a flagship of Sardinian white wines – good quality at attractive prices. Whether it's method, soil conservation, or technology: for them, quality always comes first.
