Sacchetto La Fiera Chardonnay Veneto IGT

Straw yellow with green reflections, fresh and uncomplicated – the La Fiera Chardonnay from Sacchetto is an everyday white wine from the Veneto that convinces with clear fruit and lively minerality.

The Sacchetto winery is a family-run business from the Piave area in the eastern Veneto, a region where Chardonnay can show its fresh, aromatic side thanks to the proximity to the Alps and the well-ventilated soils. The Veneto IGT is the classic designation of origin for accessible, character-true wines from this part of northern Italy.

In the glass, aromas of green apple and pear appear, underpinned by a mineral pull that gives the wine contour. The body is light to medium-weight, the acidity present and fresh, the finish clean and short. No wood usage – the wine remains varietally typical and straightforward.
