Sacchetto Prosecco Colli Frizzante
Frizzante instead of Spumante – the Sacchetto Prosecco Colli has less carbonation than a classic Prosecco, but more character than many of its kind. Colli means hill: The slopes of the Trevigiana north of Treviso yield Glera grapes with naturally fresher acidity and mineral spice that give the wine definition.
In the glass, it displays a pale yellow color with fine, delicate bubbles. The aromas lean towards white peach, pear, and a hint of wildflower – light, clear, and unobtrusive. The acidity is present but never harsh. Served at 6–8 °C, it remains fresh until the last sip.
The ideal companion for a casual aperitif: with bresaola and arugula, bruschetta with tomato, Parmigiano shavings, or salted almonds. Perfect for any occasion where a full-bodied sparkling wine would be too much and still water too little.

Sacchetto – an Italian winery in the heart of Veneto. Founded in the early 20th century by Sisto Sacchetto, the winery was taken over by his son Filiberto in the 1960s. Filiberto restructured the business and transformed it into a competitive enterprise. What sets Sacchetto apart? The combination of tradition and modern techniques – resulting in wines of the highest quality. Across 65 hectares in two growing regions, the Venetian climate and mineral-rich soils ensure optimal growth. The selection includes wines and Proseccos made from Glera, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Italian lifestyle you can taste.
