Mille Bolle Spumante Brut Rosé

A sparkling rosé sparkling wine that impresses with lively fruit and fine perlage — uncomplicated, fresh and suitable for many occasions.

Sacchetto is a family-run winery from the Veneto region, located in Refrontolo in the Trevigiano area. The family has been cultivating grapes for generations on the hilly slopes of the Marca Trevigiana, a region known for its light, easy-drinking sparkling wines. The Mille Bolle Spumante Brut Rosé is produced using the Charmat method—the second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank, which preserves the fresh fruit and lively bubbles.

In the glass, it displays a delicate salmon-pink color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose offers red berries—strawberry, raspberry—and a hint of citrus blossom. On the palate, it is light-bodied, with crisp acidity and a dry, short finish. Not a wine for long deliberations, but for the moment.

Best served chilled at 6–8 °C . Pairs well with aperitivo snacks, bruschetta with tomatoes, light appetizers, or as an accompaniment to strawberry desserts. Also a great choice for a relaxed start to a summer evening on the patio.

Sacchetto

Sacchetto – an Italian winery in the heart of Veneto. Founded in the early 20th century by Sisto Sacchetto, the winery was taken over by his son Filiberto in the 1960s. Filiberto restructured the business and transformed it into a competitive enterprise. What sets Sacchetto apart? The combination of tradition and modern techniques – resulting in wines of the highest quality. Across 65 hectares in two growing regions, the Venetian climate and mineral-rich soils ensure optimal growth. The selection includes wines and Proseccos made from Glera, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Italian lifestyle you can taste.
