Psenner Honey Williams Liquer Classic 0.7L

A fruit liqueur from the traditional South Tyrolean company Psenner: Williams Christ pears, distilled into schnapps and sweetened with blossom honey — simple in formula, clear in effect.

Psenner has been distilling in Egna/Neumarkt in the heart of South Tyrol for decades and is one of the most renowned distilleries in the Alpine region. The Williams pear is their core competency – from the mash to the fruit brandy to this liqueur.

In the glass, Honey Williams displays ripe pear fruit, floral aromas, and a subtle honey sweetness that gently rounds off the finish without overpowering it. The texture is soft, and the alcohol is well integrated. Not a heavy dessert liqueur—rather, a pleasant, everyday accompaniment to the classic Williams pear brandy.

Serve chilled neat as a digestif, over vanilla ice cream, or in simple cocktails with sparkling wine and a squeeze of lemon. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
