Psenner Kirsch Classic cherry brandy

Cherry brandy from the South Tyrolean distillery Psenner — crystal clear in the glass, without any added coloring or additives. Psenner is one of South Tyrol's oldest distillers and stands for handcrafted fruit brandies with clear varietal character. The Kirsch Classic demonstrates what a classic cherry brandy can achieve: intense marzipan on the nose, followed by a soft bitter almond aroma on the palate with fresh cherry fruit in the background — full of character, without any harshness.

Served neat at 16–18 °C, this spirit is at its best. It's a natural choice as a digestif after a hearty meal, with Black Forest cherry cake, or with dark chocolate containing a high cocoa content. Those who use it in the kitchen will find it equally useful in sauces for game dishes or for flambéing desserts. It also makes a fine base for a Kirsch Sour—with fresh lemon juice and a splash of sugar syrup.
