Floris Elderflower Liqueur

An elderflower liqueur from the traditional South Tyrolean distillery Psenner — floral, light, and perfect for warm evenings. Psenner is one of South Tyrol's most renowned distilleries, crafting alpine ingredients into distillates and liqueurs that reflect the diverse aromas of the Dolomites for generations.

Floris elderflower liqueur relies on the characteristically creamy, muscat-like notes of freshly harvested elderflowers. In the glass, it displays a light, slightly yellowish color; on the palate, the floral opening is followed by a mild sweetness with a delicate, green, herbaceous freshness in the finish. The texture is pleasantly light—not a heavy dessert liqueur, but an elegant companion.

Served neat and well chilled (6–8 °C) as an aperitif, over vanilla ice cream, or with a splash of Prosecco. It's also an easy choice as a base for a summer drink with tonic water and a slice of lemon.
