Psenner Williams Classic Christmas pear brandy 0.7L

Distilled from ripe Williams Christ pears, which have made Psenner in South Tyrol one of Italy's most renowned fruit brandy producers for decades. The brandy is produced through gentle mash fermentation and subsequent distillation – no sugar, no flavorings, just the fruit itself.

In the glass, it displays the typical elegance of the Williams pear: fresh pear aromas, a hint of blossom, and a soft, lingering fruity finish. A clear, colorless distillate with a smooth texture.

Serve neat at 14–16 °C, slightly chilled in a stemmed glass. A classic digestif after a game or cheese course – particularly harmonious with a mature mountain cheese or Gorgonzola. Also suitable as a base for a Williams pear sour.
