A. Diehl's plum brandy – a classic fruit brandy from the German distilling tradition. In the glass, the typical depth of plum fruit is evident: ripe plum fruit, a subtle hint of almond, and light roasted aromas that linger in the finish. The brandy is balanced and well-rounded – fruit and structure are perfectly in harmony, without either aspect dominating.

Serving temperature: 16–18 °C, neat in a wide-bowled digestif glass. Best enjoyed after a dinner featuring game, onion tart, or strong mountain cheese. It also pairs beautifully with dark chocolate with a high cocoa content – ​​the roasted aromas of the brandy are reflected in the chocolate's bitterness.
