Pinot Grigio DOC

A Pinot Grigio that shows what South Tyrol can get out of this grape variety: clearly structured, aromatically precise, with a real melt-in-the-mouth finish.

Cantina Andrian is located in the village of the same name, north of Merano, nestled between vineyards on volcanic porphyry soils and calcareous terraces. The cooperative collaborates with long-established winegrowing families from the surrounding area and focuses exclusively on single-varietal bottlings from clearly defined vineyard sites.

The Pinot Grigio matures for six months in stainless steel tanks, preserving its freshness and fruitiness. In the glass, it displays a pale straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose offers aromas of honeydew melon, white peach, and a hint of acacia. On the palate, it is soft and rounded, with a subtle acidity that provides structure without being overpowering. The finish is pleasantly long and slightly mineral.

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C . Pairs well with grilled shrimp, zucchini risotto, light poultry in herb sauce, or as a simple aperitif. Drink now—this wine thrives on its youth.

Cantina Andrian

Cantina Andrian – this is South Tyrol as it should be: rooted in a long history, yet never stagnant. Behind this winery lies a conviction that you can taste in every glass: tradition is not a museum. It is something living, constantly evolving – harvest after harvest, generation after generation. The people at Andrian are always searching for new paths, without forgetting their roots. What does that mean? Wines that embody the soul of the place – the cool mountain air, the mineral-rich soils, the unique character of alpine vineyards – and yet feel fresh and contemporary. Not just managing the status quo, but a truly distinctive style. When you open a wine from Andrian, you drink a piece of South Tyrol – vibrant, honest, and full of character.
