Pinot Noir DOC

Pinot Noir DOC
A Pinot Noir from South Tyrol that shows what alpine altitudes can bring out of this sensitive grape variety: red berry fruit with a fresh acid structure and elegant body.
Cantina Andrian is located in Überetsch, one of South Tyrol's most renowned wine-growing regions. The cooperative cultivates vineyards at altitudes of up to 900 meters – the cool nights ensure slow ripening and aromatic precision.
In the glass, aromas of sour cherry and raspberry, underpinned by a hint of violet and fresh earth. The gentle maceration of four to five days keeps the fruit vibrant without over-extracting the tannins. The finish is firm, with invigorating acidity – typically Alpine, not an ounce of excessive oak.
Serving temperature: 14–16 °C. Pairs well with vitello tonnato, grilled salmon, or pasta with mushrooms. Also enjoyable as a light accompaniment to a summer dinner – served slightly chilled.
