Gran Passaia Rosso Toscana

Gran Passaia Rosso Toscana is made from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. In the glass, it displays a beautiful, rich, dark red color, and its bouquet offers aromas of dark red fruits such as cherry, blueberry, plum, and a hint of vanilla. Its warm and full flavor has a slightly spicy character and is accompanied by soft tannins. The wine undergoes the Governo method, which is similar to the Ripasso method. By adding a portion of the grapes that has been previously dried, pressed, and then added back to the fully fermented wine, a second fermentation is initiated, resulting in a wine that is not as dry.

Cielo e Terra

Cielo e Terra has two origins in Veneto: the Cielo family and the winemakers of Cantine Colli Berici. The story of Cielo e Terra began in 1908 when the Cielo family purchased land in Vicenza, near the Castelli di Romeo e Giulietta, which also included a small vineyard, Casa Defrà. In 1960, the winery was established in its current form as a cooperative, and a distribution network was set up throughout Italy. Today, Cielo e Terra exports to over 60 countries, comprises more than 1,000 winemakers with 3,700 hectares of vineyards, and is a leader in sustainability.
