The Goldmine 2024 shows what the Western Cape can do with white wine: ripe fruit with freshness, without one overwhelming the other.

Boekenhoutskloof is one of South Africa's most famous wineries. Founded in 1776 in Franschhoek, it is now one of the region's quality leaders. The Goldmine line stands for accessible, carefully vinified wines from the Western Cape – with the ambition to combine everyday life and quality.

In the glass, the wine opens with quince, ripe pear, and nectarine, plus a hint of citrus zest that brightens the fruit. The palate shows medium body, a soft acidity structure, and a round finish with fine length. Not an edgy wine – rather one that pleases from the very first sip.
