Escudo Rojo Chardonnay Reserva

The Escudo Rojo Chardonnay boasts a refined, multi-layered bouquet with subtle hints of white blossoms and roasted hazelnuts, which later unfold into powerful, slightly exotic aromas of white peach and pineapple, elegantly blended with delicate toasty notes and fine vanilla. The grapes for Escudo Rojo Chardonnay are hand-harvested and gently crushed, then macerated and fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve all the aromas. To achieve its perfection, the young wine is aged half in French oak barriques and half in stainless steel tanks. This process gives it its particularly delicate balance of fruit, freshness, gently structured tannins, and subtle oak. James Suckling: 92 points for the 2022 vintage

Baron Philippe de Rothschild

Baron Philippe de Rothschild – a name synonymous with great wines worldwide. Founded in 1853 with the purchase of Château Brane-Mouton, the estate was elevated to the exclusive ranks of "Premiers Crus" in 1973 – an honor shared by only five wineries in France. Today, the family business boasts six locations, the majority in France, along with estates in California and Chile. A total of 1,200 hectares of vineyards are cultivated, planted with Merlot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other grape varieties. At the most prestigious site, Mouton Cadet, 20 million bottles are produced annually. Each variety undergoes at least ten tastings – it's no wonder the wines regularly receive scores exceeding 95 Parker points.
