CHIC Barcelona Cava Demi Sec Rose

A Cava Rosé from the Conca de Barberà, made exclusively from Trepat – a light red wine grape that is hardly known outside of Catalonia. The cooler climate of the region slows down the ripening process and ensures a lively acidity that gives the demi-sec dosage real structure: no heavy sweetness, but balance.

On the nose, strawberry, raspberry, and a subtle hint of rose. On the palate, fruity and well-rounded, with fine bubbles and a clean finish. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.

Pairs well with fruit tarts, pastries with red berries, or as an accompaniment to aperitivo. Also an uncomplicated all-round sparkling wine for brunch or a summer terrace.
