Castelfeder Riserva Burgum Novum Chardonnay

The meticulously selected grapes thrive on limestone soils surrounding the village of Kurtatsch and are rigorously hand-picked. Following gentle pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in barriques. The wine matures for 18 months in wood and a further 12 months in stainless steel. The Chardonnay Burgum Novum Riserva captivates with its brilliant, bright straw yellow color and green highlights. It boasts a pronounced bouquet of hazelnuts, ripe summer fruit, tropical fruits, and subtle toasty aromas. The finish is elegant and deep, while the palate is saline, robust, and well-balanced.
