SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC Spumante

SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC SPUMANTE is made from the white Glera grape variety and comes directly from the protected growing region of Veneto in northeastern Italy. The elegant mousse with its small, fine bubbles results from the two-stage fermentation process (Metodo Martinotti) that the Glera grapes undergo.
