Psenner distills gin in a small, traditional distillery. All the aromas of the botanicals (nutmeg, lavender, anise, gentian root, lemon peel, orange peel, cinnamon stick, clove) are extracted by the alcohol vapor rising through the hanging baskets. The macerate in the still contains juniper, coriander seeds, and blackcurrant. The heart (middle cut) of this London Dry Gin is only lightly filtered and reduced to 47% ABV. This preserves the ethereal and rich character of this distillate, which is particularly well-suited for classic and herbal tonic waters. Authentic in aroma and taste thanks to the composition of exclusively traditional and local botanicals. Versatile, perfect neat or as a base for creative cocktails.
