Pfaffmann White Vineyard dry

Pfaffmann White Vineyard dry
An uncomplicated white wine from the Palatinate region that offers more substance than the price suggests – with ripe fruit, fresh acidity and a pleasant smoothness in the finish.
Karl Pfaffmann cultivates his vineyards in the southern Palatinate, one of Germany's sunniest wine regions. The White Vineyard is a typical example of the Palatinate white wine style: fruity, approachable, with enough structure to be enjoyed at the table.
On the nose, ripe apple and white peach, with a hint of apricot. On the palate, a vibrant, fresh acidity is balanced by a smooth, creamy texture. Not an unwieldy wine – it goes down easily and makes you want another sip.
