Marzadro Le Diciotto Lune Grappa Stravecchia 0.5L

When autumn moves into Trentino and the harvest in the vineyards comes to an end, the high season begins at the Marzadro distillery. From September until well into December, work is carried out around the clock for 100 days without interruption in order to distil several hundred kilograms of freshly delivered, selected pomace every day.

An ancient grappa of high quality as a symbol of the culture, care, and art of distilling. This grappa comes from a selection of the best Trentino pomace, which comes from grapes of selected vines and is distilled in the typical still.

The Le Diciotto Lune "eighteen moons" is aged for more than eighteen months in small barrels made of various precious woods, which are stored in the silence of dark, dimmed rooms. Over time, the duet of wood and grappa develops into full harmony and finally merges into an ethereal fragrance and round taste with vanilla notes.
