Markus Schneider Grey

Markus Schneider Grey
The Markus Schneider Grey is a white wine from the Pfalz — a region known for years for its variety of grape types and its sun-drenched sites. Markus Schneider has made a name for himself in Ellerstadt by consistently focusing on quality in the cellar and bringing the character of his soils to the fore.
In the glass, the Grey shows a fresh, lively aroma: white pear and ripe apple meet fine spice and a hint of bright citrus zest. The palate is medium-bodied, with a pleasant acidity structure that keeps the wine lively, and a clean, dry finish without excessive richness.
Good with goat cheese, roasted asparagus with hollandaise, or a simple risotto with herbs. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Best drunk young, within the next one to two years.
