Louis Jadot is one of the most renowned négociant houses in the Côte de Beaune. Based in Beaune since 1859, the house works with grapes from carefully selected parcels – in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Jadot benefits from vineyards on calcareous clay soil, which gives the Pinot Noir its typical freshness and structure.

Deep ruby ​​red in the glass. The nose offers aromas of sour cherry and raspberry, along with a hint of violet and licorice. On the palate, it presents itself with medium body, velvety tannins, and lively acidity – both well integrated. The finish is spicy with a slight earthy note, typical of the Côte de Beaune.
