Riesling Sparkling Wine Brut

Riesling Sparkling Wine Brut
From the Rheingau region, where the Eberbach State Winery has been cultivating and producing Riesling for centuries. This brut sparkling wine is made using the traditional method of bottle fermentation from 100% Riesling grapes – the result is a sparkling wine with a clear varietal profile instead of a faceless, generic blend.
In the glass, it displays aromas of pear and melon, followed by a delicate citrus note and the typical minerality of Rheingau Riesling. The perlage is fine, the finish dry and invigorating. Serving temperature: 7–9 °C.
As an aperitif, with crayfish, pike-perch or mild goat cheese – anywhere a champagne with character is desired, but the Riesling grape variety should speak for itself.
