Perle Trentodoc Magnum

Perle Trentodoc Magnum
Ferrari Perlé Trentodoc comes from Trentino – one of the few Italian regions that has its own DOC for traditional bottle-fermented sparkling wines. Ferrari is among the producers who have shaped this style: extended lees aging, clear mountain air, and Chardonnay as the leading grape variety.
In the magnum, the Perlé matures more slowly and evenly than in the standard bottle – the volume-to-surface-area ratio gives the wine more time to develop complexity. The nose offers aromas of almond blossom, white peach, and a hint of toasted bread. On the palate, it is dry, with a creamy mousse and a long, Chardonnay-dominated finish.
Ideal as an aperitif for a larger table, with risotto bianco, steamed sea bass or mild mountain cheese from Trentino. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
