Esprit de Cote des Roses Sparkling
Gérard Bertrand's Esprit de Côte des Roses Sparkling comes from the Languedoc—a region rarely in the spotlight for sparkling wines, but increasingly making its mark. The rosé sparkling wine bears the line's trademark: a bottle with a rose petal relief on the base, making it a perfect gift even without any additional embellishment.
In the glass, it displays a salmon-colored perlage, aromas of strawberry and white peach, a fresh acidity, and a dry, slightly floral finish. Ready to drink now, ideally slightly chilled at 7–9 °C.
It pairs well with aperitifs, light appetizers, salmon carpaccio, or fresh goat cheese bites. It's also a great accompaniment to a summery dessert with red fruits.
