Cornaro Marzemino Frizzante IGT

The Cornaro Marzemino Frizzante IGT from Cantina Montelliana in Veneto is a lightly sparkling red wine with a pleasant residual sweetness – classic for northeastern Italian wine culture. Marzemino is an old grape variety from the region around Treviso and Conegliano, characterized by delicate red fruit and relatively low tannins.

In the glass, it displays aromas of raspberry, pomegranate, and a hint of violet. Natural fermentation produces a gentle effervescence that elegantly balances its sweet style. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.

A classic accompaniment to dessert in Northern Italy – especially with tiramisu, panna cotta, or berry tart. Also suitable as a light aperitif with cheese snacks or charcuterie.

Cantina Montelliana

Cantina Montelliana is an Italian winegrowers' cooperative founded in 1957. The cooperative includes the wineries Monteliana, Cornaro, Villa Trevi, Marco Polo, Montegrande, and Montasolo. Cantina Montelliana's vineyards are situated at an altitude of 120 to 250 meters (on the hills of the Colli Asolani and Montello). The region's soils are characterized by gravel, and the climate can be described as alpine to Mediterranean. Grape varieties cultivated for wine production include Chardonnay, Glera, and Marzemino.
