Alcohol-free, but without compromising on taste: This organic cider from Normandy is based on five bittersweet apple varieties – including Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën, and Douce Coët Ligné. The combination of these traditional varieties gives it its characteristic structure: semi-dry, with a delicate bitterness and a natural fruit sweetness that doesn't become cloying.

In the glass, it reveals itself as balanced and subtle – not an overly sweet apple juice, but a true cider character without the alcohol. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C. As an aperitif, it's an honest alternative to sparkling wine or champagne, especially for guests who don't drink alcohol.
