Val de Rance - Rosé Cider Vinegar

Val de Rance - Rosé Cider Vinegar
Cider from Brittany, produced by the Val de Rance cooperative: 100% freshly pressed apples and pears , fermented into a rosé-colored cider with a delicate, slightly tart sweetness. The perlage is fine and persistent, the aroma profile revolves around red fruits – raspberry, pomegranate – with a spicy, slightly earthy note on the finish.
Off-dry here means: noticeable fruit without heaviness, enough freshness for summer, enough structure for autumn. Serving temperature 6–8 °C, straight from the bottle or in a wine glass.
Goes well with crêpes bretonnes, goat cheese, smoked salmon or as a simple aperitif outdoors.

Val de Rance is the brand of the cooperative Les Celliers Associés, founded in 1953 by twelve apple growers in the Rance Valley of Brittany – with the aim of pooling resources and creating an authentic Breton cider. Today, the cider mill in Pleudihen-sur-Rance is one of France's leading cider producers and is considered the most awarded cider mill at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris. What distinguishes the cooperative is its consistent approach: more than 99% pure apple juice, no additives, carefully selected old Breton apple varieties – overseen by Maître de Chai Alain Le Page from the first pressing to bottling. It's no wonder that Val de Rance is now available in over 70 countries and in countless Breton crêperies.
