Cava Gran Reserva Tresor Brut Rosé Vintage

A Cava that pushes the boundaries of the category: Pere Ventura's Tresor Brut Rosé Vintage is only produced in years when the quality is right — made from 100% Pinot Noir , aged on the lees for at least 36 months and disgorged in December 2024.

On the nose, red berries, raspberry, and a distinct brioche note that reveals the extended lees aging. Delicate on the palate, with balanced acidity and fine bubbles. The production is limited to 11,058 bottles —a vintage Cava of true rarity.

Pairs well with salmon tartare, strawberries with crème fraîche, or as an aperitif before a menu of light starters. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
