Casa Rojo Haru

The Haru from Casa Rojo is a fresh, lively Rosé wine that impresses with clear fruit and an uncomplicated character — ideal for those who see Rosé not as a compromise, but as a conscious choice.

Casa Rojo is a Spanish project that has been dedicated to accessible, modern winemaking since its inception. The wines are created in various regions of Spain and combine traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary style. The name Haru — Japanese for spring — sets the tone: lightness, freshness, a wine for the warmer season.

In the glass, it shows a bright, salmon-colored hue. On the nose, strawberry and red currant, plus a hint of watermelon and a floral touch. On the palate, it is dry, with lively acidity and a clean, short finish — lean and easy-drinking without heaviness.

Best served well chilled at 8–10 °C. Pairs with summer rolls, grilled vegetables, light pasta dishes with tomatoes, or simply as an aperitif on the terrace.
